Common pricing questions
Is Ember really free forever?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit, no feature lockouts, and no trial period. You get unlimited projects, tasks, and 2 seats per workspace at no cost.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one unique person you invite to collaborate, regardless of how many workspaces they're in. Invite the same person to three workspaces and they still use one seat. Your account includes 2 free seats. You don't count as a seat in your own account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Full refund within 14 calendar days of any charge, no questions asked.
Does Ember store my payment details?
No. Payments are processed by Paddle, a registered Merchant of Record. Ember never stores your credit card or billing information.
